Summary

Our website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies and storage and does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. That is why we do not show a consent banner. Bookings are made on CoverManager's external platform, which opens in a new tab and uses its own cookies.

What this website uses

• __cf_bm (technical cookie from the website hosting network): protection against automated traffic (bots). Observed duration: 30 minutes.
• __dpl (technical cookie from the website hosting): indicates which published version of the website is served. Duration: pending confirmation with the provider.
• lvlh-welcome-started and lvlh-welcome-seen (first-party session storage, not cookies): prevent the welcome window from repeating during your visit. Removed when you close the browser or tab.
• Chat: using the virtual assistant sets no cookies. The conversation only lives in the open page and disappears when you close or reload it.
• Administrator access (technical, first-party): only someone signing in to the private panel stores the sign-in session, provided by Lovable Cloud, in their browser's local storage. It is removed on sign-out and is necessary for that service.
• Fonts: served from our own website, with no third-party connection or cookies.

Bookings on CoverManager (external platform)

Clicking "Continue to booking" opens CoverManager's platform in a new tab. Our website does not load CoverManager or its cookies. The following cookies do not belong to our website but to that external page. In a technical review we carried out, without accepting anything, we observed CoverManager and its providers using the following. This is not an official or definitive inventory:

Necessary for booking and security

• PHPSESSID (CoverManager): booking session.
• __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, m (Stripe): payments and fraud prevention.
• __cf_bm, __cflb, hmt_id (hCaptcha / Cloudflare): bot protection.
• _d2id (Mercado Pago): device identification; its exact purpose is pending confirmation.

Analytics and advertising

• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics): analytics.
• _fbp (Meta): advertising.
• New Relic and referral local storage: performance measurement.

CoverManager decides which cookies it uses, their duration and how it requests consent, and may change them. See its cookie and privacy policies at covermanager.com.
